Main Responsibilities

• Develop new functional and appealing web-based experiences.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Add new features or change existing ones.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
• Handling security and performance issues related to scalable web application development.

Technical Competencies

• Good knowledge of PHP
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
• Good knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XML, and Web standards
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Experience in using version control systems (GIT).

Advantageous skills

• Knowledge of the Yii framework is a plus
• At least 4 years of experience as a PHP developer
