JOB DESCRIPTION
About the team:
We design and develop solutions that monitor key business infrastructure, ensure real-time visibility, provide control on abnormalities and emergency events, and automate the process for identifying patterns and revealing insights.
We create core components that provide crucial tools like user authentication, complex business logic, analytics, and secure data storage. We are critical of quality and proud of our work. We encourage an open, informal work culture where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in writing and presenting proposals for new projects to both potential and current clients, coordinating closely with the development team;
Engage directly with clients to gather project requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, clarification, enhancement, and refinement;
Participate in making functional specifications and identifying requirements for non-functional aspects;
Play a key role in both establishing and supervising team tasks to ensure project milestones are met efficiently;
Ensure continuous and transparent communication with all stakeholders involved in the project;
Oversee the project from its initial stages through to its release, ensuring a smooth transition into production;
Actively participate in the development process to monitor team performance, manage the budget, and track project-specific KPIs effectively.
Requirements:
Experience minimum 5 years of proven leadership in managing software projects from their inception to completion;
Specialisation experience in overseeing the development of solutions for hardware and device monitoring, control systems, or IoT software applications;
Technical proficiency and education, essential technical knowledge, with a preference for candidates having a comprehensive technical background;
A science, technology, engineering, or mathematics degree is an advantage;
Language skills fluency in English is mandatory, encompassing proficient speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, crucial for effective project discussions and stakeholder engagement;
Client relations, outstanding interpersonal and client management skills, with the adeptness to manage expectations and demystify technical details;
Familiarity with project management tools, understanding of quality assurance practices, risk identification and management capabilities, and a proactive attitude are all advantageous attributes for candidates.
