Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in an agile cross-functional team;
• Lead the discovery and documentation of business requirements from key stakeholders across various business units;
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, products owners and requirements engineers;
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technical design meets business needs;
• Collaborate with QA and Design teams to ensure the end product meets business goals both visually and logically;
• Create, maintain and update the product backlog epic description, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.;
• Ensure up-to-date and high-quality documentation such as functional and non-functional requirements along with flowcharts, wireframes and diagrams to visualize processes clearly, to both the development team and stakeholders;
• Act as a strategic partner to the product owner in aligning technology solutions with business goals;
• Help the product owner with prioritization of epics or parts of it, to ensure a smoother development cycle and implementation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC);
• Proficiency in BA tolls (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio);
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a highly dynamic environment;
• Exceptional ability to quickly learn domain-specific knowledge and become proficient in it in a timely manner;
• Familiarity with SQL or querying tools for data analysis and validation;
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and deliver clear and actionable insights;
• Ability to understand highly complex technical information systems;
• Experience with Agile Methodologies;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with non-technical individuals;
• Ability to understand technical questions in collaboration with the development team;
• A team player with an interest in collaborating and working in a multicultural environment daily;
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify and communicate risks;
• Mindset for getting things done in a timely and quality manner;
• Desire to constantly improve, proactive and fast learner;
• Excellent English level (both written and verbal).
