At the Customer Service team, you’ll be at the forefront of communication with clients, making sure their queries are answered and they get the support they need to make the most of iCard’s products and services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high quality customer service to our English and Bulgarian speaking clients.
Sustainably grow your knowledge about our innovative products and services.
Work with various communication channels.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
Excellent command of Bulgarian – both written and spoken;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Willingness to learn about new, innovative financial solutions and be the trusted person to our clients;
Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills;
Good attention to details;
Ability to work in a team environment.
