We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented System Administrator to join our team at Hypoport Sofia. If you enjoy direct user interaction and take pride in solving technical challenges, we look forward to your application!
Your responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level support and help with all technical issues related to our software and hardware
Support our client systems (Windows 11 and Mac OS)
Set up workplaces for our new colleagues and ensure the proper operation of the various systems
Troubleshoot and correct system-related issues
Perform required daily operational controls
Act as a consultant in the service delivery towards both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage the procurement of IT equipment, ensuring all hardware and software align with team needs and company requirements.
Maintain and support office networking infrastructure, applying basic networking skills to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office printers and related peripherals.
What we expect:
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or User Support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic knowledge in Mac OS
Experience in the administration of software and hardware
User support experience, e.g. as a System administrator, IT specialist etc.
Strong communication skills and a high degree of individual initiative and independence
Ability to interact with people at all levels, across different countries
Excellent written and spoken English
