PRODUCT MANAGER

Our client build a leading international learning platform for medical education, serving students as well as universities and medical institutions. It is their mission to make high-quality education available to as many people as possible, and spread specialized knowledge around the world.

We have hundreds of corporate and educational clients around the world as well as millions of end-users.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help lead AI product development efforts. In this role, you’ll be focused on the AI experiences in all of products.

Your tasks:

• Identify AI and market trends and derive innovation potential to guide our product strategy and development;
• Create product roadmaps, guide the prioritization of work, and help make resourcing and prioritization trade-offs in service of our customers’ and our company’s goals;
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch by initializing the development of AI products that meet user needs and pushing for user adoption;
• Partner and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Content, and Data Science to execute your team’s projects;
• Analyze user data and derive improvement measures and gaps AI solutions can close;
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure successful market entry.

Your profile:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of experience building user-facing products;
• A proven track record of shipping and iterating on AI features that involve working in-depth with data or utilizing LLM models that drive impact;
• An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor, and get-it-done personality.;
• A talent for unpacking and solving deeply complex problems without losing sight of the big picture.;
• You have experience using quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making;
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to convey technical topics effectively;
