We are looking for a .NET Team Lead to oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions while mentoring a team of engineers to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive team success by fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, mentoring engineers, and ensuring continuous skill development.
• Manage resources, deadlines, and priorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and uphold the highest standards for code quality and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software systems.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to align on project goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Offer expertise in resolving complex issues and guiding the team through technical challenges.
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and address potential risks and bottlenecks early to keep projects on track.

Your Background:

• Proven success in delivering high-quality software solutions and experience in leading development teams.
• Advanced technical expertise in .NET Core, Microservices architecture and related technologies (C#, REST API, RabbitMQ, MS SQL).
• A solid knowledge in software design principles, system scalability, and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• A passion for mentoring, inspiring, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
