We are currently looking for talkative and enthusiastic people to take on an interesting and rewarding role: Product Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about company products
• Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner
• Record incidents and service requests
• Product testing activities
• Prioritize and categorize tickets according to the definitions
• Enjoy communication and resolve interesting complex cases

What we are looking for?

• Experience of working in a data entry or customer service role
• Very good Computer literacy (MS Excel is required)
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to think logically and systematically
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
