IT Network Administrator

Now we are looking for an experienced and creative Network Administrator to join their dedicated team.

The role includes collaborating with other team members to design network and system infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy and maintain functional and secure networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install various network devices and services
• Administer VPN Connectivity (SSTP/L2TP/IPsec)
• Monitor network performance and integrity (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency)
• Research & develop new solutions
• Perform gap analysis and implement steps for improving service quality
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Telecommunications or a related field
• Proven experience in a network administrator role
• Extensive experience with MikroTik devices: router, switches, access points, etc.
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols
• Linux knowledge or/and experience, preferable Ubuntu/Debian
• Familiarity with access control models and network security
• Network Troubleshooting skills and understanding of remote access tools
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good English
