This year, we are adding a separate learning track focusing on Data & Analytics and Automation QA to the initial Technical track.

 Important dates:

Through a structured onboarding and training programme, starting in July, Hitachi Solutions Bulgaria SPACE Programme will prepare successful candidates for roles on Hitachi Solutions Europe`s major projects for international clients. These project roles will allow for fast-paced learning via hands-on experience and the opportunity to work with the best consultants and some of the biggest Microsoft technology projects.

Job Description

SPACE is a graduate programme designed for students who will be trained in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Automation QA. The technologies utilized within the company include Selenium, SpecFlow, Playwright,Leapwork , Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing frameworks. Programming languages and tools involved are C#, .NET, JavaScript, , REST API testing, and performance testing tools like JMeter and K6.

The educational programme spans 4 months with specialized modules dedicated to test automation, software quality assurance principles, and tools for modern test development and it will be held every working day in Hitachi Solutions Bulgaria’s office. Upon completion, you’ll shadow projects and gradually transition to working independently, developing expertise in automated testing and QA best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or in process of obtaining one (must have already completed their 3rd or 4th year) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, SpecFlow, or Playwright is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Microsoft-based products and cloud technologies
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for technology

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in an intensive training programme covering QA and automation tools
• Learn and apply automated testing techniques for Microsoft-based applications
• Work on different test automation projects spanning all supported technologies
• Maintain and support test automation frameworks
• Work using agile methodologies and application lifecycle management techniques
• Provide test consulting and support to our customers by ensuring high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with an international team of experienced consultants and engineers
