Power App Developer (External)

We are looking for a Power App Developer (External) to join Heidelberg Materials Digital Hub Varna.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Power App Developer (External) with a very good understanding of developing Canvas and Model driven apps on Dataverse. The successful candidate will be creating data integrations with 3rd party systems with a focus on business processes and automation. Extensive experience on the Microsoft Power Platform, Javascript, familiarity and knowledge of fabric, Logic apps is appreciated.

Your next challenge:

• Develop scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions using Power Platforms tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI
• Unit testing of the application to meet customer requirements
• Solution deployment across environments
• Customize Microsoft Sustainability Manager to meet ESG requirements
• Data connections and ingestion from various sources via Data flow
• Write clear, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on good testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Participate in code reviews
• Work in an Agile development environment

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development
• Demonstrate an understanding of Dataverse security concepts including access control and data security
• Experience in developing Canvas and Model driven PowerApps
• Good understanding of PowerBI
• Worked on database designs, complex UI designs on canvas application
• Dataflows
• Experience with testing frameworks and best practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, international team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering etc.)

• Good understanding of the wider Microsoft platform solutions (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, or Fabric)
