The Back Office Development team is responsible for designing and maintaining cloud-native backend services that process large volumes of trading data each day. The systems that we develop are engineered for resilience, performance, and scalability. They perform complex transformations in an optimized way while still allowing users a high level of control over the different steps that make up our data processing pipelines. In addition to backend services, we develop user interfaces that enable users to manage service executions and review processing outcomes in an efficient and user-friendly way. Team members are expected to take end-to-end ownership of the solutions they work on. This includes collaborating with Business Analysts during the analysis phase, implementing functionality, writing comprehensive tests (unit, integration and acceptance) and deploying solutions to AWS. As part of our ongoing innovation efforts, we are also developing AI agents that assist users in interacting with both our UIs and backend systems.
