The Technical Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of HCLTech’s technical infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing critical platforms such as Active Directory, Messaging, Citrix, SCCM, and Intune, while leading and developing a high-performing technical team. The role is integral to aligning technical operations with organizational goals, supporting seamless business processes, and driving operational excellence.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the performance, security, and availability of Active Directory, Messaging, SCCM, Intune, and Citrix environments.
Provide strategic leadership and clear direction to technical teams, including setting objectives and implementing action plans to achieve operational targets.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure technical operations deliver value in alignment with company objectives.
Lead troubleshooting efforts, swiftly identifying and resolving urgent technical issues to minimize disruption.
Drive process improvements through the development and implementation of robust firmware, software, and hardware solutions.
Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of team members.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on technical operations and performance metrics to senior management.
Foster strong collaboration across technical teams to ensure seamless daily operations and knowledge sharing.
Skill Requirements:
German language.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing Active Directory, Messaging, SCCM, Intune, and Citrix environments.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct technical teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Other Requirements (Optional):
Hands-on experience with Citrix, SCCM, and Intune.
Familiarity with industry best practices and digital operations solutions.
Prior experience managing technical teams of 30 or more professionals.
