Total 10+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors IT Solutions. Should be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the core HR module of SAP SuccessFactors. You serve as a bridge between HR business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Employee Central is optimized to support global HR processes. Additionally should have cross-modular expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR to define system needs through workshops and interviews.
Configuration & Implementation: Set up EC modules (Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Position Management, Workflows), business rules, and data models.
Data Migration & Integration: Manage data mapping, cleansing, and integration with SAP modules (ECP, Time) and third-party systems.
Testing & QA: Design and execute test plans; resolve configuration issues.
Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, deliver training, and maintain process documentation.
Post-Go-Live Support: Provide hypercare, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and maintain audit readiness.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
Experience in SAP HCM is a strong plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory and German language is a plus.
Core Skills:
Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central architecture and data models.
Proficiency in configuring Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
Familiarity with EC integrations (e.g., with Payroll, Time, Recruiting).
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Reporting, EC Time, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, ESM, Workzone, Opentext, is desirable.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Certification:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (mandatory).
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (optional).
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (optional).
