The Role
Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with development.

Provide Sales and Distribution process and functional support for SAP ERP enhancements.
Work with the Key Users and Business Process Owners to identify and recommend enhancements.
Participate in or lead cross-functional SAP enhancement project initiatives at regional and global levels.
Responsibilities:
Provide production support for implemented SAP Solution and work on new implementation projects.
Perform and review code changes in SAP SD/CS Functional and provide issue resolutions for customer reported problems.
Supporting the Application configurations and setups – Should be resolving the Production issues as per the SLA.
Provide Technical Specifications for solutions that require development and work with the Functional team and track developments to closure.
Perform testing for solutions delivered by the ABAP or other teams.
Provide break-fix resolution, analyze technical impact, and perform code and data fixes.
Follow approved processes and executes tasks (support and development).
Understanding of functionality and expected solution and resolutions.
Interface with software package vendor and other module consultants for issue resolution regarding standard functionality, technical solution.
Must possess a broad knowledge of all SAP applications, particularly touchpoints and integrations between different SAP modules and interfaces.
Perform root cause analysis, solution identification and implementation and be responsible for solution quality and SLA Adherence for issues handled.
Essential:
Candidate should have 10-15 Year Project implementation and Support Experience in SAP Domain (Sales / Service / Purchase Area).
SAP SD Certified and having expert level knowledge of Customer Service Module.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate should also possess strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
The manager should be better capable of understanding the needs of various stakeholders and help foster relationships with all parties involved in the management of IT projects.
The manager should also have exceptional communication skills, be well-versed in industry trends, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, and possess a deep understanding of the organization’s business and the industry in which it operates.
Self-motivator and result oriented to complete task as per timelines.
Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
