    The purpose of the Portal & Web technologies Product Owner is to align business goals with customer needs by managing the development and optimization of the web platforms, ensuring they deliver value to customers while driving growth, efficiency, and digital transformation for the company.

    Experience & Education:

    • Work Experience: 8 years in similar function/area.
    • Education: Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or similar.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for portal and web technologies to align with the company’s overall goals and customer needs. This includes researching market trends, customer expectations, and competitive landscape.
    • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder requirements, and technical feasibility. Ensure clarity and relevance of user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
    • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and sprint reviews as the primary representative of business requirements, ensuring that the team stays focused on priorities and delivers value within each sprint.
    • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing, sales, and IT, to align expectations and communicate progress, changes, and value delivered. Ensure stakeholders are updated with clear, non-technical explanations of the project’s benefits and progress.
    • Advocate for the end-user by gathering and analyzing user feedback and behavior data to ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations, enhances user experience, and improves customer satisfaction.
    • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and support. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages feedback, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
    • Develop a solid understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and customer portal solutions. Collaborate closely with technical teams to assess feasibility, identify technical dependencies, and manage potential constraints.
    • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics that track the performance of the customer portal and web technologies, using data insights to make informed decisions on backlog adjustments and feature prioritization.
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by seeking out and implementing process improvements, new methodologies, and innovative approaches to optimize the customer portal experience and improve team efficiency.
