    About the Role

    We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative UX Designer/Researcher to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products. This hybrid role blends user-centered design with systematic thinking, focusing on building scalable design systems and conducting user research to inform product decisions.

    You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and design manager to ensure our experiences are intuitive, accessible, and grounded in real user needs.

    Responsibilities

    Design System

    • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports consistency across products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design components are scalable and technically feasible.
    • Document design patterns, usage guidelines, and accessibility standards.
    • Audit existing UI for consistency and propose improvements.

    User Research

    • Lead user research initiatives, plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
    • Develop detailed user personas, user journey maps, and service blueprints to guide design decisions.
    • Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
    • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize research questions and align on goals.

    UX Design

    • Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
    • Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
    • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in UX design and/or user research.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing design systems work and user research impact.
    • Proficiency in Figma.
    • Experience with research tools.
    • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to balance user needs with business goals.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working in agile environments.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
    • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar).

    The current offer

    Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Monday – Wednesday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote

    Working Hours: 3 days per week 11:00am – 8:00pm, 2 days 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
