We are looking to hire a talented, hands-on senior full stack developer who is interested in working on Green Street’s web platform (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/green-streets-innovative-new-web-platform-delivers-seamlessly-interconnected-commercial-real-estate-intelligence-301501604.html).

You will be working on an Agile team dedicated to building and improving this modern web platform that meshes together best-in-class research, news, and data into a customizable UI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new modules and applications for Green Street’s SaaS platform.
• Maintain and enhance Green Street’s existing web applications
• Understand Green Street’s business domains to make informed choices for solution development.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions, from product inception to launch.
• Participate in full-stack code and architecture reviews.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment with strong focus on JavaScript
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or React)
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS/SASS
• Experience writing unit tests
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Passion for learning new web technologies and staying current with industry standards

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with PHP and Laravel framework
• Experience with Python
• NodeJS microservice development experience
• Experience with state management solutions (Vuex, Redux)
• Experience building map-centric applications (Google Maps, Mapbox)
• Experience creating data visualizations (Highcharts, D3.js, SVG)
• Comfortable with Linux/Docker environments
• Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Puppeteer
• AWS and DevOps experience
• Experience with SQL databases

The current offer

• Hybrid working model – 2 days per week – home office, 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in our office at Polygraphia Office Center, Sofia, Bulgaria
• Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EEST ( Tuesday – Thursday/week for the first 6-12 months), 9 am – 6 pm (2 days/week)
