    Description

    Green Street is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead designs for our web platform and mobile experiences. This role demands expertise in user-centered design, a proven track record of leading complex product designs, and the ability to translate intricate business needs into intuitive, high-impact interfaces. The UI/UX Designer will be instrumental in enhancing platform usability.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead user research initiatives, including in-depth interviews, surveys, usage analysis, and advanced usability testing, to identify strategic opportunities and address critical user needs.
    • Develop detailed user personas, user journey maps, and service blueprints to guide design decisions.
    • Create sophisticated wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed user flows to effectively visualize and test design concepts.
    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including technical product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define requirements and iterate on designs.
    • Collaborate with developers and technical product managers to ensure seamless and high-quality implementation of designs.
    • Determine UI/UX strategy and design for M&A integrations that often require merging web platforms.
    • Establish and evolve design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform, including mobile applications.
    • Own product designs and maintain UI design documentation.
    • Support additional strategic design needs, including advising stakeholders on best practices, advanced video tutorials, and user adoption strategies.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer leading design efforts for complex web applications and complex user workflows.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Expertise in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, A/B testing) to determine needs, pain points, and personas, then translate findings into actionable design insights.
    • Experience leading and presenting user research and usability testing with stakeholders.
    • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly iterate ideas and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
    • Portfolio demonstrating a strong track record of successful and impactful website designs.

    Preferred Experience

    • Website design for data analytics components and mapping functionality.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints.
    • Web platform integrations for company mergers.
    • Designs within the commercial real estate industry.

    The current offer

    • Hybrid working model – 2 days per week – home office, 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in our office at Polygraphia Office Center, Sofia, Bulgaria
    • Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EEST ( 3 days/week) – you need to work with our West Coast US tech team. 9 am – 6 pm (2 days/week)
