Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in a multinational team, which develops and supports a CRM and OSS system used in IT enterprises and Telecom Operators
• Consult the other involved levels in the structure.
• Close operations with R&D, Sales, and Marketing team
• Organize and participate on site and online trainings.
• Keep a strict and understandable documentation, following the best practices and standards.

Requirements:

Education, qualification, professional experience:

• Degree: ICT, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related fields
• 5+ years in data analytics, semantic interoperability, and business process re-engineering.
• Fluent English

Specific knowledge and abilities:

• Proficiency in RDF, SPARQL,
• Base knowledges and experience with databases
• Hands on experience with Linux based systems will be considered as an advantage.
