For one of our partners – a fast-growing international tech company – we are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Ruby on Rails Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a multi-tenant data storage system with efficient data processing, management, and utilization capabilities
• Build and maintain integrations with various social media platforms
• Maintain, refactor, and enhance the existing Ruby on Rails codebase
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver meaningful product improvements
• Take part in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring less experienced developers
• Contribute to Agile team ceremonies and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing robust backend systems with Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RSpec, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and Docker
• Proven ability to build distributed and scalable web applications
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a user-first attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for coaching and collaboration
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficiency in Git and version control best practices
