Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
• Implement secure and efficient blockchain-based features and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing systems.
• Research and prototype new blockchain technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through testing and audits.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in blockchain development.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go for smart contract and protocol development.
• Understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and blockchain consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, wallets, and transaction flows.
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js).
• Ability to write secure, gas-efficient, and maintainable code.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.

It’s a plus if you have the following:

• Experience with Layer-2 scaling solutions and rollups.
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols.
• Experience in blockchain node setup and maintenance.
• Background in smart contract auditing.
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs and cryptographic primitives.
