Senior Android Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Android Engineer to join one of our partner consultancies working with ambitious tech scale-ups across FinTech, SaaS, ML, and eCommerce.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver high-quality releases
• Integrate with backend services via REST APIs
• Emphasize test-first development and continuous integration
• Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and shared learning sessions
• Contribute to performance optimization and smooth CI/CD workflows
• Mentor engineers and help uphold engineering standards
• Focus on solving the right problems with a pragmatic mindset

What You Bring

• Extensive experience with Kotlin and Android app development
• Experience in fast-moving tech teams or start-up environments
• Familiarity with React Native is a plus
• Strong skills in testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Understanding of CI/CD tooling for mobile
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
• Passion for scalable code, shared knowledge, and craftsmanship
• Keen interest in the business context of the products you help build
