    We’re seeking a Product Designer to join one of our clients in the art and collectables technology industry. This role is ideal for a thoughtful, user-obsessed designer who’s excited to rebuild digital experiences from the ground up and shape how millions engage with unique objects worldwide.

    What You’ll Do

    User Research & Insight:

    • Conduct usability interviews and distill raw feedback into actionable problem statements and intuitive design solutions.
    • Map current vs. ideal user journeys, identifying friction points and collaborating on fixes with product and engineering teams.

    Design & Prototyping:

    • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to bring concepts to life.
    • Iterate rapidly based on real data, usability tests, and stakeholder feedback.

    Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Partner with product and engineering to define success metrics for new designs.
    • Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts to validate design hypotheses and optimize the user experience.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Own the end-to-end user and customer experience.
    • Facilitate workshops and contribute meaningfully to product strategy conversations, aligning design outcomes with business goals.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Must-Have Experience:

    • 5+ years designing responsive web and mobile-first products (experience with marketplaces or e-commerce is a strong plus).
    • Proven ability to lead UX projects from discovery to shipped solutions.
    • Strong design thinking mindset: balancing qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform design choices.
    • Experience presenting design rationale clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
    • Hands-on experience using AI design tools (e.g., V0, Lovable) to accelerate iteration.

    Nice to Have:

    • Background or interest in auctions, luxury, or collectible industries.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
    • Ability to translate designs into functioning front-end code.
