Technical/Principal/Lead Enginieer – Java

For developing a new product, we are looking for a Team/Tech Lead

Participate in the scoping and strategic planning of the entire project, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the application.

Drive the design and implementation of the application using Java and related technologies.

Work closely with product teams, including senior developers, architects, and product stakeholders, to co-design and deliver a robust and scalable system.

Oversee a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while guiding team members in technical and professional development.

Ensure high standards of software quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Knowledge/experience on  senior position with Jave – Lead/Staff/Tech/Team/Prinicpal/Very senior position or similar, with a strong background in Java

Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

A curiosity-driven, creative individual who thrives in a mission-driven team and values making a real impact.
