Software Development Lead

As Software Development Lead you will be playing a pivotal role in leading the development and innovation of client onboarding systems. Your expertise will help us drive the creation of secure, scalable solutions, ensuring a smooth experience for businesses while upholding requirements.

What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure a smooth product lifecycle from development to production support.

Lead the design and development of systems

Work hands-on with the team and provide guidance

Mentor team members, ensuring the best coding practices.

Lead the respective software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Champion continuous improvement processes and drive technical innovation within the team.

What you  will preferably bring:

5+ years in Software development preferably in Java OR Go (could be also other programing  language)

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor developers, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Expertise in large-scale projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and timely delivery.

Skilled in conducting detailed code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and promoting best practices across the development team.

A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence

Experience with Risk Management  is a plus
