Engineering Manager

For developing an interesting product, we are looking for an Engineering Manager 

Oversee a team of developers, and leads fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while guiding team members in technical and professional development.

Participate in the scoping and strategic planning of the entire project, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the application.

Drive the implementation of the application using Java and related technologies.

Make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Identify and resolve potential risks and implement mitigation policies to ensure project success.

Work closely with product teams, including senior developers, architects, and product stakeholders, to co-design and deliver a robust and scalable system.

Ensure high standards of software quality and maintainability through adequate team policies, code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Knowledge/experience as a Lead or Engineering manager position, with a strong  tech background,  strong hands-on expertise in Java

Proficiency in SQL

Frontend frameworks knowledge/experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.

Advantage is to have knowledge in implementing processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
