    We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our Business Applications team at Fourth!

    This is a high-visibility, strategic position where you’ll lead CRM development efforts and oversee platform architecture. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for our Salesforce and Jitterbit ecosystems, guiding a team while building scalable, intelligent solutions that directly support business growth. With room to focus on what matters most, your deep knowledge of Salesforce automation, integration best practices, and understanding of the SaaS business model will set you up for long-term success in this role.

    The role is reporting to our Director, BizApps.

    Responsibilities:

    – Subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the Business Applications team for the maintenance, support, and strategy for existing Jitterbit implementation.

    – Serve as a technical advisor for native and standard methodologies on various ecosystems of Salesforce.

    – Play a leading role in the administration, customization and development as part of a Salesforce delivery team.

    – Work with business analysts and developers to build solutions that support the scale for both business and IT.

    – Provide direct oversight in a leadership role to a Salesforce delivery team of administrators and Junior Developers ensuring that Salesforce best practices are followed and that architecture design choices support future scalability.

    Requirements:

    – 4-5 years of proven experience developing and maintaining in in Salesforce

    – Expert level proficiency in Salesforce automation via Apex programming and flows, including knowledge of best practices to determine which solution is best (with an emphasis on low code approaches)

    – Utilize troubleshooting and QA skills to debug and diagnose bugs and issues in existing code to ensure process uptime

    – Maintain and update Visualforce pages and build Lightning Web Components to create custom interfaces for users

    – Ability to interface directly with business leadership translating business requirements to technical solutions and recommendations impacting the overall CRM strategy

    – Strong verbal and written communication skills

    – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    – Excellent organizational and time management skills

     

    Strongly preferred:

    – Salesforce Administrator certification

    – Platform Developer Level 1

    – Salesforce CPQ experience; CPQ certification is desired

    – Experience with SaaS business models and/or Subscription Billing systems

    – Experience interfacing with iPaaS tools like Jitterbit or Mulesoft is desired

     

    Specifics:

    – To support collaboration with our global team, we ask for occasional flexibility to be available between 18:00–19:30 (local time). This time adjustment is part of your standard working hours and does not extend the overall workday.
