We are looking to hire Integrations Developer to join our team at Fourth!

Reporting to the Lead Salesforce Developer, the Junior Integrations Developer will help Fourth scale operations by supporting emerging requests and driving innovation in the Jitterbit platform. You will contribute to ongoing projects, respond to operational requests, and seek to deliver game-changing ideas.

A part of the Fourth Business Applications team, the Junior Integrations Developer will support ongoing initiatives to expand our integrations footprint as well as coordinate changes to existing ETL projects. You’ll work with Deal Support, Billing, Customer Support, and Internal team stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, new business needs and process optimization.

You have 1+ years of hands-on experience working with ETL infrastructure tools like Jitteribt, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. You have a working understanding of API integrations and System Architecture patterns and are comfortable collaborating across business functions to gather requirements and propose functional technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

– Implement, automate, and configure integration of Zendesk to enterprise applications and support the implementation of Zendesk-native third-party applications.

– Further enterprise application integrations by maintaining existing processes on an iPaaS platform.

– Create custom API scripts to meet business reporting needs.

– Act as the primary internal helpdesk resource for all integration support issues

– Develop API integrations with other platforms and web Services leveraging Webhooks and a strong understanding of REST and HTTP protocols.

– Develop, deploy and test solutions including integrations and cross functional workflows

– Partner with internal business units to understand and develop complex solutions to meet company needs.

– Fully document engineered solutions and workflows.

Requirements:

– 1-2 years’ experience developing on iPaaS platforms like Jitterbit, Mulesoft, or Dell Boomi and administering ETL projects as part of an enterprise delivery team or similar

– Demonstrated knowledge and competency working with API integrations, demonstrated as part of technical review

– Front-end Application Development knowledge including REST, JSON, HTML/CSS/JS and the ability to be self-sufficient in the software development lifecycle

– Experience managing ITSM tools such as Zendesk or ServiceNow

– Experience with SSO integration using SAML

– Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience documenting technical and business procedures.

– Regularly communicate progress, status and roadmaps to stakeholders

– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately

Preferred:

– Experience with iPaaS solutions like Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Workato

– SaaS Industry experience

– Experience working in an Agile environment
