Integrations Developer – Business Applications

We are looking to hire Integrations Developer to join our team at Fourth!

The Integrations Developer role will join our Business Applications team and will own the Jitterbit integrations platform as a service for all business applications. We are looking for someone who can maintain existing infrastructure and deliver game-changing ideas to develop new interfaces using best in class design patterns.

The role is reporting to the Lead Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as a technical advisor for integrations related to existing SaaS platforms (like Salesforce, Netsuite, Zendesk) and other internal, custom applications.

– Develop and support continuing implementations in alignment with our applications roadmap

– Design, develop, implement, and maintain workflow processes for tracking and automating data changes / maintenance impacting Fourth’s subscription billing processes.

– Refactor existing integrations to reflect both best practices and optimal performance

– Act as the primary internal helpdesk resource for all integration support issues

– Effectively communicate and translate technical information into business-speak

– Provide clear and written verbal support to end users, timely troubleshooting for integration issues, and clear documentation of Fourth’s integration processes

Requirements:

– 2-3 years experience developing and working with APIs or systems integrations in an enterprise setting

– Demonstrated knowledge and competency working with an iPaas tool like Jitterbit/ Mulesoft/Informatica/Dell Boomi (demonstrated as part of technical review)

– Demonstrated knowledge and competency working with API integrations, demonstrated as part of technical review

– Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams

– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills is required

– Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration

Strongly preferred:

– Experience working as part of a distributed, global team

– Experience working with Salesforce and/or Netsuite in a technical capacity, either as an administrator or via past integration implementation

– Working understanding of SaaS business model and/or subscription billing

– Experience working in an agile environment leveraging Scrum or Kanban
