What We Need:
We are seeking a Technical Consultant who will be responsible for the technical design, solution development, and post-implementation consulting and administration of solutions and programs on the Forsta platform. As a member of a program team, you’ll be working as a technical and development lead, you’ll provide detailed technical design and specification of solutions. When necessary, you’ll work with the Solution Architects and Product Management teams for solutions that require development of custom components.
You’ll also be responsible for Post-implementation activities that include on-going technical expertise and support of accounts; building relationships with client business and technical users; conducting platform and solution training sessions; managing outsourced vendor relationships; management, consulting and administration of solutions for clients; working with other Technical Delivery team and occasionally third party offshore and onshore partners.
