Main responsibilities:
Handle purchase requisition requests: Manage purchase requisition requests to ensure timely procurement of IT-related goods and services, supporting various projects and initiatives within the organization.
Provide First-Line support: Offer first-line support for various IT-related inquiries, including time-writing support and addressing general IT queries, ensuring timely resolution.
Support IT projects: Providing administrative and technical assistance in project creation.
Facilitate status reporting: Generate and distribute status reports to provide visibility into project progress, financial budgets, facilitating effective decision-making and coordination within the IT organization.
Conduct data quality checks: Perform data quality checks on various IT systems and platforms to ensure accuracy and reliability of data, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
Support cross-IT activities and events: Participate in preparation of cross-IT activities such as onboarding, IT All Hands meetings, and other IT-related events to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the IT organization.
Provide decision-making support: Support the IT organization by providing decision-making information, proactively analyzing data, and actively monitoring and improving data quality to drive informed decision-making processes.
Manage IT procedures and processes: Consolidate and share information about IT procedures and processes to ensure alignment across the organization, facilitating efficient operations and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with logical thinking abilities, capable of comprehending cause and effect relationships within IT processes and across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in reporting, data management, and optimization.
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, ensuring informed decision-making.
