Main responsibilities:

• AI Strategy Development: Work with leadership to define and implement the company’s AI strategy Identify areas within our service offerings and internal processes where AI can add value
• Client-Focused AI Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design AI-driven solutions tailored to their needs. Develop proof-of-concept AI projects and oversee their transition to full-scale deployment
• Internal Process Optimization: Analyze existing tools, workflows, and methodologies to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Recommend and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance productivity
• Team Enablement: Provide training and guidance to teams on AI best practices, tools, and methodologies. Foster a culture of innovation by sharing knowledge about emerging AI trends and technologies
• Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and evaluate their potential application to our business. Experiment with new AI frameworks, tools, and algorithms to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on AI initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate AI project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions
• Knowledge and experience with modern AI tools, LLMs, frameworks, AI agents and AI agent frameworks
• Strong understanding of Data Science concepts
• Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies
