About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be working at the core of our system, shaping the product that our customers interact with every day. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge technologies and thrive in a microservices-driven architecture, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.
• Ensuring the stability, scalability, and optimal performance of systems.
• Designing and developing new features using JavaScript/TypeScript with the Nest.js framework for the backend, and React.js with MobX for frontend state management.
• Working with a microservices-based architecture, utilizing MongoDB and Aerospike for data storage, and Pulsar for queue-based communication.
• Ensuring code quality and fostering best practices in software development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Technical stack

• 3+ years experience in Node.js and TypeScript.
• 3+ years experience in React.
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with high-load systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• Experience with the Nest.js framework.
• Familiarity with the MobX state management library.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills (we are a multi-national team).

What would be a bonus

• Experience with Aerospike and Pulsar.
• Familiarity with Docker, Helm, and Helmfile.
• Additional experience with Kubernetes.
