• Analyze and prepare change request documents for implementation of new or improving existing features in mobile and web platforms for digital banking
• Analyze, design and optimize digital banking products and services
• Asist in the testing and validation of new features, ensuring they meet business and regulatory requirements
• Define KPI-s and monitor the performance of the digital products
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into epics and user stories in Jira
• Track the progress of the new features and manage product backlog in Jira
• Participate in workshops and daily/weekly meetings with external vendors
• Communicate with the development teams – developers and designers
• Provide recommendations for process automation and digital transformation strategies
For efficiency and effective role performance:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analysis, preferably within the banking or financial sector
• Strong understanding of digital banking trends, technologies and customer expectations.
• Problem-solving skills and great attention to details
• Creative and analytical approach
• Good knowledge of methodologies for project management and business analysis
• Experience working in an Agile environment and as a part of a product development team
• Experience with IT systems and technologies in the financial field (Oracle Flexcube)
• Experience with Atlassian Jira incl. writing epics and user stories, etc.
• Communication, collaboration and teamwork
• Proficiency in English
