GenAI Prompt Engineer

Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and review prompts for various tasks such as text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and data analysis to interact effectively with generative AI models, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and contextually accurate outputs

• Follow prompt engineering best practices and standards, including prompt quality, prompt testing, prompt documentation, and prompt optimization

• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows

• Utilize Python for building automation tools, API integration, web requests, web crawling, and scraping to collect and prepare data for RAG pipelines and generative AI workflows

• Deploy, troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects, integrating solutions into CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins

• Collaborate with product managers, and stakeholders to deliver prompt solutions that meet user needs and expectations

• Research new prompt techniques, RAG architectures, and AI tools to enhance skills, improve prompt quality, and stay up to date with advancements in the AI field

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies

• Experience with prompt development frameworks and tools, such as OpenAI Playground, Google Colab, or Hugging Face Spaces or others

• Good communication skills and analytical thinking are an advantage

• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical representatives

• Proficiency in English at a good work level

• Excellent handling of MS Excel

• Team-working skills and attention to details
