We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Regular Full-Stack Engineer to join our team operating within the oil and gas environment. You’ll be part of a dynamic group of engineers working on diverse and evolving projects that drive digital transformation and operational excellence in the industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where curiosity, initiative, and open communication are encouraged. We’re looking for someone who can quickly get involved, contribute ideas, and deliver impact – even before knowing every detail of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to create realistic roadmaps and align on requirements.

• Break down problems into small iterations and guide others in their implementation.

• Design and develop maintainable APIs and intuitive User Interfaces.

• Conduct design and code reviews.

• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of React applications and .Net services running in AWS.

• Conduct experiments that fuel data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with other teams for driving forward cross-team initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Backend: C# / ASP.NET / GraphQL.

• Frontend: React / Typescript.

• Cloud: In-depth AWS experience (CloudFormation, Lambdas, ECS, S3, Event queues, IAM etc).

• Great communication skills.

Beneficial to have:

• Playwright experience.

• Understanding of AWS Bedrock/vectorization.

• Experience using AI dev tools such as GitHub copilot.

• Understanding of GitHub Actions.

• Understanding of Solr/Elastic Search.
