    Job Description

    What you will do:

    • Lead a team, with Line Management responsibility.
    • Ensure the team is upskilled – including new hire onboarding and training of current team members
    • Manage the team’s workload; ensure clients and partners have a smooth and harmonious experience of the delivery processes.
    • Co-ordinating data deliveries with our sales teams and delivery analysts, encompassing resourcing, planning, prioritisation, and pipeline planning.
    • Safeguard our delivery processes with accountability for process improvement and documentation maintenance
    • Oversee and follow up on contracts with account managers and partners to ensure compliance with delivery standards.

    You will report into the Chief Product Officer.

    Qualifications

    What you will bring:

    • 5+ years of experience as a People Manager, within an analytics or data science engineering function
    • Fluent English
    • Commercial data knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Data Processing and Data Protection.
    • Knowledge of commercial credit & risk and business information data, analytical models and insights.
    • Experience in agile delivery methodologies, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage partners effectively.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues, translating complex concepts into simple terms.
    • Experience in data science and analytics would be considered an advantage.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar would be considered an advantage.
