    Job Description

    The role of the Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst plays an essential part within the global BI team that supports Global Finance Services. Reporting to the BI Manager, the BI Analyst will focus on the development, delivery and maintenance of analytics solutions to support informed decision-making, better control over operations and provide transparency performance metrics.

    What you’ll do?

    • Desig reports that answer business questions/requirements and make the most of our visualization tools capabilities
    • Lead by example by designing powerful user-focused content following our design standards
    • Lead the development cycle of assigned projects
    • Provision of clear status updates about expected deadlines
    • Continue to develop your knowledge of management information tools and techniques, and share this knowledge with your team and across our users
    • Participate in discussions with senior leaders regarding relevant technical matters
    • Provide technical expertise on the relevant tools where required to the support team in troubleshooting, in discussions with the vendor, senior management and internal IT teams

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring?

    • 2+ years practical experience developing reports with Tableau Desktop and Prep
    • Technical IT degree preferred or other relevant qualification
    • Knowledge of data visualization best practice and trends, UX mindset
    • And ability to present to senior stakeholders
    • Experience within challenging, dynamic, matrix-based management structures
    • Knowledge of trends and latest possibilities in MI/BI, data and automation
    • Mindset of innovation and process improvement, ability to lead changes
    • Fluent English
