We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLM) to join our growing team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science with a focus on Machine Learning
• Proficiency in LLM applications, including fine-tuning and optimizing models
• Strong background working with AI technologies such as OpenAI and earlier versions of GPT
• Familiarity with working in large-scale organizations and understanding complex systems and data pipelines
• Expertise in improving the accuracy of LLM and driving innovations in language model performance
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to derive meaningful insights
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Availability to work until 7 PM CET

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced Machine Learning techniques to design and develop LLM-based applications and enhance performance.
• Utilize AI technologies such as OpenAI and earlier versions of GPT to improve the accuracy and efficiency of language models.
• Work with AI solutions to test LLM accuracy, ensuring high-quality model outputs.
• Evaluate model quality by measuring the percentage of correct responses (accuracy) and identifying areas for improvement.
• Automate the testing process with a focus on achieving 80% accuracy in model predictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and solve complex problems using LLM applications.
• Conduct research and continuous optimization of LLM models to enhance their overall performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that add value to the organization.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning technologies, contributing to ongoing improvements and optimizations.
