What You’ll Do
Requirements elicitation and management
Be a proxy between product owners, the development team, and project leaders, helping to improve development team effectiveness
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
What You Bring
5 + years experience in business analysis or a related field
Understanding of requirements, their different types, stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management), and full software development lifecycle
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Skills in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Background in leading and developing top-performing teams
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Scrum knowledge
Nice to have
Experience with Gherkin or desire to work with it
English level
Upper-Intermediate
