Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proven expertise in Python with a strong understanding of best practices.
• Competency in .NET and ASP.NET Core frameworks.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and/or Azure SQL databases.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services, including various SaaS offerings such as Service Bus, Blob Storage, Redis, and more.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems and agile development practices.
• A pragmatic approach to balancing processes and flexibility in achieving business objectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis, system design, and develop solutions in Python, .NET, and database technologies.
• Troubleshoot, perform performance tuning, and provide technical support to ensure smooth system functionality.
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
• Work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve project objectives.
• Provide clear and concise guidance to team members, managing the flow of daily operations and ensuring efficient progress.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback to align development with business needs.
