iGaming Data Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced iGaming Data Analyst with a strong commercial mindset and deep industry insight. This is an opportunity to help shape the analytics direction of the our client’s company while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven strategies. This is an on-site position offered in Sofia, Bulgaria

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, and operations to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights tailored to those objectives.
• Design and refine analytical models that guide business performance across key verticals, especially within gaming and gambling.
• Enhance business intelligence tools and ensure a seamless connection between reporting systems and data models.
• Build and maintain clean, scalable, and well-governed datasets that support agile decision-making across the organization.
• Improve data processes and reporting mechanisms to ensure high performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analytics, BI, or a similar function within iGaming(casino and sportsbook).
• SQL Expertise: Solid command of SQL; familiarity with BigQuery is an advantage.
• Data Modelling: Experience with DBT or similar tools for building data transformation pipelines.
• Business Acumen: Ability to turn complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities; comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
