Technical Support Specialist

In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division.

Responsibilities:

• Provided online support to resolve technical problems and inquiries from customers;
• Provided technical support to diagnose equipment issues, replace components, and perform repairs;

Requirements:

• Good command of English language (B2 level);
• Secondary and/or higher education with a technical focus;
• Ability to work day and night shifts;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally;
• Good computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office);
• Valid Category B driving license;
• Technical knowledge, including familiarity with electronics, is considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset;
• Experience working with Salesforce or SAP is considered an advantage;
• Possession of a valid electrical safety qualification certificate is an additional asset;
