Position Summary

As an IT Manager, you will drive our digital strategy by leading critical initiatives in infrastructure, cybersecurity, operational technologies, business applications, and data management. You will ensure IT services deliver maximum value while reinforcing our position as a trusted business partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop a multi-year IT/OT roadmap aligned with business objectives and production growth.

• Present IT/OT status, budget forecasts, and project proposals to senior leadership.

• Prepare and own IT budgets

• Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., real-time data analytics, MES integrations).

2. Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives with a “Cybersecurity FIRST” mindset.

3. Operational Technology (OT) Management

• Establish and secure OT operations and support integration with business systems.

• Implement cybersecurity frameworks specifically for OT environments.

4. Business Applications and analytics

• Implement and enhance MES, ERP and other business solutions.

• Drive digitization and automation of processes

• Build and maintain strong data governance practices.

• Develop reporting/analytics to empower data-driven decision-making.

5. People and Organization

• Organize and lead a robust IT team.

• Drive upskilling initiatives to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

• Mentor, coach, and build capabilities within the entire organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years managing IT in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Hands-on experience with OT systems will be considered a plus.

• Strong background in cybersecurity.

• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects (e.g., ERP/MES rollouts).

Working Conditions

• Based at Sofia, Bulgaria.
