Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with senior business stakeholders to develop and communicate Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap and support it with initial market research
• Use market analysis and data insights to identify growth and development opportunities
• Incorporate customer insights, usability studies and behavioral analytics into product features that comply with regulatory standards
• Lead the Product planning process, prioritising and maintaining the Product Backlog, creating realistic Release Plans and managing stakeholder expectations for the delivery of new features
• Provide vision and direction to development teams, remove impediments and ensure work focuses on maximizing business value
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Compliance and Marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimize features post-release based on performance metrics and customer feedback
• Define KPIs to measure success and leverage data-driven insights to refine product offerings
• Serve as a subject matter expert on customers’ and users’ needs, gather and document requirements
• Conduct regular product reviews and adjust product strategy as needed based on market trends, client feedback and competitive landscape
• Demonstrate full ownership of features and requirements during the whole lifecycle
• Invest the necessary effort to be an undisputed hands-on expert on your actual product throughout the whole product lifecycle
• Work and collaborate with various offshore and 3rd party suppliers, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, lead workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, technical), manage expectations and communicate clearly
• Understand and stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how they affect clients’ businesses and initiatives
• Contribute to extra-mile local initiatives and EPAM’s Product Management Competency
• Collaborate directly with US-based clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in enterprise context
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of GenAI and its application in a product management context, with practical experience being a real advantage
• Experience in launching several products to market
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformations
• The relationship and communication skills to motivate and influence a wide range of EPAM and client stakeholders ranging from business leaders to software engineering teams
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely and impactful solutions
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
• Understanding of each Product Lifecycle phase and ability to assist in running each phase
• Expert knowledge and understanding of at least two business domain areas
• Proven ability to quickly learn new domains, research information and use new information ‘on the fly’
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices is a plus
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum and SAFe
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute innovative ideas in a dynamic environment
• Ability to coach and mentor more junior members of the team
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
