EnskAI is a SaaS platform built specifically for football agencies and is on the path to becoming football’s operating system. We help agents across the globe manage players, deals, contracts, requests, and operational data in one place. Our customers rely on the platform daily, so data reliability, performance, and security are critical.

We work with multiple internal and external football data sources. Turning that data into something clean, consistent, well documented, and usable is one of the most important parts of our product, especially as more AI driven functionality is built on top.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who wants to take on more responsibility and grow quickly.

What you will work on

You will work on production data pipelines and legacy infrastructure that directly power customer facing features and AI tools. This is a demanding role with real ownership, suited for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem solving, and learning fast.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring ETL pipelines and data flows
• Managing and improving data pipelines fed by multiple sources:
• External APIs
• Scrapers
• Internal and user generated data
• Consolidating data into a single, clean, and reliable source of truth
• Cleaning, structuring, and documenting data so it is reliable for customer use and ready for AI driven automation
• Supporting performance optimization for scalable data solutions
• Working with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools
• Optimizing and gradually improving legacy data infrastructure
• Quickly identifying data issues and fixing them at the root cause
• Treating data security as a top priority in all solutions

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or a related role, ready for the next step
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Python
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar tools
• Experience or interest in web scraping
• Comfortable working with messy or imperfect data
• A self starter who improves practices instead of waiting for instructions
• Open to working with AI tools such as Claude or similar as part of daily work
• Perfect command of English

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or other cloud vendors
• Experience using data frame libraries
• Passion for football
