PHP Developer

Our sports data feeds power websites, apps, broadcasts, and various sports media partners who require fast and reliable live sports results and stats 24/7. We deliver more than 80 sports around the clock to more than 200 international clients.

Founded in 2000, our company has over 170 employees in our offices in Copenhagen and Sofia.

As we are constantly growing we are looking for a talented PHP Developer to join our team. Here you will have an opportunity to work with systems processing a large number of requests, databases with hundreds of millions of records, and many other challenges!

Responsibilities:

✔Participate in the planning, designing and development phase of sports related software products.

✔Being part of the research process of integrating new technologies of the company software stack.

✔Participate in development, support and monitoring of the cloud architecture as well as the deployment processes.

✔Support existing applications: release new features, software updates.

Requirements:

✔3+ years of development experience in web applications

✔Experience working with PHP frameworks like Laravel and Codeigniter

✔Knowledge and experience of working in Linux environment

✔Experience in relational databases and data caching software and mechanisms.

✔Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration

✔Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills

✔Good written and spoken English

Considered as an advantage:

✔Experience with AWS

✔Experience with Python, NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS

✔Experience with MongoDB

✔Experience with API Development and Integration

✔Experience with Big Data applications.

✔Implement a scalable cloud architecture using modern technologies

✔Passion for sports

✔Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies
