    We are looking for experienced professional to join our team as: Service Delivery Manager ( SDM)

    Missions:

    • To provide comprehensive services to the Business Units that are our internal customers
    • To ensure the operation of the infrastructure and applications of the Production Center Digital Services
    • Control and manage the design and implementation of technical architectures and application environments in collaboration with the Business Units and the central architecture functions
    • Provide the national and international teams of the Business Units with our technical expertise acquired by using their solutions.
    • The Service Delivery Manager works within the teams of the Digital Services Production Center.
    • He/she is the first point of contact for the national and international teams of the Business Units for all matters relating to the provision of services within his/her scope.
    • This position requires a genuine commitment to customer service, strong organizational skills, general knowledge of IT technologies.
    • In addition, the SDM job also requires the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to imagine, design and implement robust IT services.
    • In this context, you will be able to translate aggregates of technical bricks into customer-oriented service units.

    Profile:

    We need an expert to manage a major file transfer migration platform from Axway to SFTP GO/Go Anywhere.

    The profile we are looking for must have a strong knowledge on :

    • Protocol, CFT, FTPS, SFTP, PESIT
    • Software: Axway, SFTP Go, Go Anywhere
    • Certificate management
    • Project management
    • Ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
    • Open to cultural differences.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Strong personal organization, planning and prioritization skills.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • General IT technical knowledge in the areas of networks, systems, databases and middleware will be required to be a relevant interlocutor with technical teams
    • Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge of electronic payments and the standards that apply to them.
