    Job Description

    Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.

    As a Senior Fullstack  Developer (.NET & React) at Endava, you will be an active member of a multidisciplinary Scrum team in which you will have the opportunity to create and improve the richness and capabilities of back- end architectures and deliver a user-friendly and highly scalable web applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications
    • Participates actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle
    • Responsibility for technical decisions
    • Develop functionalities according to defined acceptance criteria
    • Collaborates with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities
    • Work within the Scrum Team to deliver the sprint scope in time and with the expected quality
    • Accept the culture of constant improvement by working in an environment that provides support, but also the challenge for growth
    • Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and ensure high code quality across the projects.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in software development
    • Proficiency in working with NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API
    • Hands- on experience in front end development using React 18+, TypeScript 5+ or RxJS, Axios, Jest
    • Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
    • Good understanding of software patterns and practices
    • Good knowledge in ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate)
    • Understanding of Unit testing concepts and good knowledge in Unit Testing /Mocking frameworks
    • Understanding of Microservice architecture
    • Commercial experience of the full software lifecycle
    • Experience working in an Agile environment
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take part in both team debates as well as client discussions
    • Advanced English speaking and writing abilities are required.
